Tabaco City will go to Intramuros, Manila to showcase our culture thru Street Presentation and Cultural Dance, Products Showcase thru Tabak & Foods Demo, tourist scenic through Video Presentation during the event dubbed as "Gayon Bicol Fiesta" in concurrance to the project of Sec. Richard Gordon WOW PHILIPPINES 2003.

Tabaco City will send strong 270 delegation that will perform on the ALBAY's DAY on September 03, 2003 and REGIONAL DAY on Sepetmbner 05, 2003 at the Clamshell Tent or Old Ateneo Compound.
