Tabaco City participated in the week long celebration of the "Buwan ng Wika" of the Aquinas University de Legazpi in Legazpi City under the banner of the College of Nursing of the said university. The celebration was held last August 18-23, 2003.

The Tabaco city showcase it's Historical Facts such as the old image of the Tabaco International Port, Churh and the City Hall. They also showcase Products namely the Tabak Making, Handicraft, Ship Building, Wood and Rattancraft making. Also, shown in the booth are Literature made by Tabaquenos writers and Tourist Sports in portrait forms.

Other participants of the events dubbed as "Orgullo nin Albayanos" are Municipalities of Tiwi, Sto Dominigo, Camalig, Bacacay, Polangui, and others. The Tabaco City won the First Runner.
